OINP 2020
On March 3rd, 2020, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) opened to accept applications through the OINP Employer Job Offer: International Student and Foreign Worker streams. Intakes have since been met and both streams are now closed.
The OINP aims to be responsive to Ontario employers and to Ontario’s broader labour market needs in 2020. This includes continuous improvements to program delivery, customer service, as well as incorporating stakeholder feedback to help address labour shortages in high-demand sectors. The province of Ontario is currently awaiting its nomination allocation for 2020 from the federal government.
