INTENSIVE TRAINING SESSIONS FOR NEW IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS

THE FEDERAL EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM: AN OVERVIEW

COST: $1500 CAD

Includes eight hours (one 8-hour session or two 4-hour sessions) of guidance. This session is for those new to preparing Express Entry applications. We’ll cover everything you need to know about filing an Express Entry application, including assessing a client, setting up a profile, helping a client to prepare an application, submission letters, and common errors made in applications.

TEMPORARY RESIDENCY APPLICATIONS 101

COST: $1500 CAD

Includes eight hours (one 8-hour session or two 4-hour sessions) of guidance. Visitor records, TRVs, study permits, work permits, and TRPs can can be tricky to understand when first starting out. I provide one-on-one training for new RCICs who understand the basics of IRPA and the regulations but who haven’t yet prepared applications for clients. We’ll review how to submit applications to IRCC, best practices, and common errors made in temporary applications to IRCC.

LMIAs 101

COST: $1500 CAD

The temporary foreign worker program exists to help Canada fill temporary labour shortages in the Canadian labour market. The LMIA program can be complicated to understand for new RCICs, and mistakes can be costly for employers. In this 8-hour session (one 8-hour session or two 4-hour sessions), we’ll cover the basics of preparing and submitting an application to ESDC for an LMIA. I’ll teach you how to evaluate an employer for eligibility for the TFWP, best practices for submissions, and how to help and employer through the interview process with the ESDC officer.
