Calver & Associates – Helping You Every Step of the Way
At Calver and Associates Immigration Services, we strive to support our clients through every stage of the immigration process.
According to Statistics Canada, almost three-quarters of Canadian immigrants have a mother tongue other than English or French. “The ability of immigrants to speak one of the official languages is considered an important condition for their full participation in Canadian society” (Statistics Canada, 2017).
Today, we have compiled a list of English conversation circles available for new citizens to join in Durham Region and the GTA. Conversation circles offer a variety of benefits, which include:
Practice speaking the English language in a welcoming environment
Learn more about the community
Share stories and experiences
Develop networks and make new friends
