The Parent Grandparent Super Visa is a multiple entry visa. The Super Visa is designed to allow individuals to enter and leave Canada as often as desired for the duration of the visa (up to two years at a time). This type of visa is highly desirable and very competitive. Seeking professional guidance can increase your chances of success.

SUPER VISA REQUIREMENTS

In order to be eligible for a Super Visa, you must:

  • Be a parent or grandparent of a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Have a signed letter from your child/grandchild who invites you to Canada

  • Have medical insurance from a Canadian insurance company

  • Be eligible to enter Canada

  • Take a medical exam

WHAT WE DO

Improper documentation often results in an inadmissibility determination to Canada. The most common reasons for Super Visa refusal include:

  • Lack of travel history

  • Strong family ties to Canada (and weak family times to country of residence)

  • Length of stay (longer stays require more financial support from family)

Calver & Associates can assist you in producing a strong Super Visa application with sufficient supporting evidence and documentation to optimize your chances of success.
