COMMISSIONER OF OATHS
Calver and Associates Canadian Immigration Services is able to perform a Commissioner For Taking Affidavits (Oaths) service for statutory declarations related to immigration matters. Ms. Calver was appointed as a Commissioner of Oaths by the Attorney General of Ontario.
Common documents we witness include:

Consent letters for children travelling out of the country;

Letters of Invitation;

Lost passports or identification documents;

Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union;

Pension-related documents for immigration-related matters;

Or any other services related to Immigration matters, Citizenship matters including appeals to the Immigration and Refugee Board.

*Should you require a letter to be prepared by Ms. Calver, our hourly consultation rate of $150 CAD will apply

Some documents require a Commissioner to verify that an oath has been declared and administered properly. Ms. Calver will witness the signatures and oaths of those affirming the contents of a document to be true. Commissioners must endorse their names, the date of expiry of their appointment, and the words “A Commissioner for Oaths in and for Ontario” on documents.
