JADE CALVER FOUNDER AND CEO
As a boutique firm, we offer a personalised approach to your case to ensure that you get the results that you deserve.
Ms. Calver has over ten years of experience in the Canadian immigration field. She has worked for Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada as well as one of the country’s leading immigration law firms. She has handled hundreds of Canadian immigration cases, bringing individuals and businesses to Canada to achieve their goals.
After completing her degree in Political Science with minors in Canadian Studies and French Literature at McGill University in 2012, Ms. Calver completed a graduate certificate in Immigration: Law, Policies and Procedures at the University of British Columbia in 2015.
Jade Calver is a Regulated Immigration Consultant with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, RCIC#:513992 and holds the designation of a Commissioner of Oaths for Taking Affidavits with respect to the Citizenship Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

INVOLVEMENT
Ms. Calver is an active member in the business community, she is a member of the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce, the Clarington Board of Trade, as well as the Northumberland Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Calver is also an Expert in Residence at the Innovation Cluster in Peterborough (one of only 31 designated business incubators in Canada) where she works with entrepreneurs to bring their business to Canada through the start-up visa program.

Kimberly Kerloff
RCIC Associate
Kimberly Kerloff is a Regulated Immigration Consultant with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, RCIC#:517406 and an Associate at Calver Immigration Consulting Inc.
Her family immigrated from Jamaica to Canada over 10 years ago and decided to settle in Saskatchewan. Her firsthand experience with the immigration process has allowed her to relate to clients on a more personal level.
Since completing her Immigration Practitioner Diploma in Laws, Policies and Procedures in 2016, she has had the opportunity to work with a multitude of newcomers in Canada. She has served as a member of Regina Region Local Immigration Partnership (RRLIP) and have participated in different specialized training programs offered by the Canadian Bureau of International Education (CBIE).
Her goal is to provide each client with the right support and tools necessary to navigate their immigration journey and achieve their desired outcome.
CAITLIN ANDERSEN
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Caitlin Andersen is a bilingual legal assistant who has experience in Canadian immigration and civil litigation. Caitlin is your first contact upon reaching out to us at Calver Immigration Consulting Inc. and will continue to be your first line of contact throughout the duration of your immigration process.
Caitlin was born in Canada to a first-generation Canadian father and grew up listening to stories about her grandparents' immigration journey from Denmark to Canada in the 1950s. Their journey brought them to Halifax, Nova Scotia via a ship, with only $100.00 dollars and two words of English ("yes" and "no"). Despite the challenges, her grandparents crafted a fruitful and beautiful life for themselves and their family. Caitlin knows first-hand what a great country Canada is and the opportunities it has in store for new immigrants. She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to utilize her educational knowledge and skills in the Canadian immigration field, combining that with her passion for helping others.
KELLY PETERSEN
SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING MANAGER
Kelly is our marketing professional from South Africa, with over 8 years’ experience across various industries. Having started her career as a Graphic Designer, she has expanded her experience through working as a freelancer partnering with a range of clients. Her expertise spans wider than just graphic design and also includes managing digital marketing across multiple platforms successfully.
Kelly is passionate about upholding the Calver Immigration Consulting Inc. brand promise and helping our team share and educate clients on the endless opportunities that Canada has to offer to anyone wanting to kickstart their immigration journey.
NIALA RAFEEK
LEGAL ASSISTANT/PARALEGAL
Niala Rafeek is a licensed paralegal with several years of immigration experience under her belt. She has previously worked for large immigration law firms in Toronto and will act as another first contact upon reaching out to us at Calver Immigration Consulting Inc. She will continue to provide our services throughout your immigration process as she will be working with us on the portfolio of LMIAs and work permits.
Niala was born and raised in the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago and has first hand experience in Canadian immigration having gone through it on her own. She enjoys the beautiful Canadian nature and fully immerses herself in the mix of cultures present in Canada.
Niala understands the importance of communication in our client relationships and has made it her goal to zoom in on client experience and to ensure that our clients are happy!
